Ordering Online
We are NOT currently accepting any basket orders online.
After you submit your order, we will verify your information, calculate sales tax and obtain a shipping price for your item(s). You will then receive a confirmation email/invoice with your detailed purchase receipt and a link to proceed with your payment via PayPal. Baskets will not be shipped UNTIL payment has been confirmed.
The entire order verification process is usually complete within 24 hours, often times sooner.

Because our gifts are hand made upon ordering, sometimes it is necessary to make substitutions due to limited supplies. Occasionally we may need to use a different basket or container than is pictured on our product pages. We will do our absolute best to make sure that the container is as close a match as is possible to insure the integrity of your gift. Very occasionally a product may be substituted, again, we will do our absolute best to insure that this does not compromise the integrity of your purchase, and will be as close a match to the original product, as is possible.

All online payments are accepted through PayPal’s Secure Online Payment Gateway. Always4Kids can accept PayPal Payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards.
We do apologize for any inconvenience, however, money orders and personal checks will not be accepted at this time.

We understand that purchasing online is only half the battle. Your next concern is quality and timely shipping. At Always4Kids you need not worry about your precious gift, because we take the utmost time and consideration when building these baskets to ship.

U.S. Shipping
All of our baskets and gifts are shipped through UPS. This ensures that your basket arrives in a timely manor for the lowest possible price.

At times, UPS may not be a suitable way for you to receive your package. If that is the case, please contact us and we can discuss other avenues. We will make exceptions if there is a problem with UPS delivery. Other means include the United States Postal Service, Federal Express and other nationwide courier services.

International Shipping
In our experience, international shipping can become quite expensive. When we receive an international order, we will shop around for the best possible price on shipping. When we have secured at least 2 quotes, we will contact you with the details and leave it up to you to decide your shipping method. We must receive a response from you within 48 hours or your order will be removed from our system.
